Overview
Set-up & Prep
We recommend wearing a button-up shirt when colouring (makes everything a whole lot easier at the end).
Put on your gloves and cape, then starting with dry combed hair part it down the middle into two sections.
Mix your colour
Using your kitchen scales, mix;
- 50g of colour
- 75g of the developer
If you need stronger grey coverage, mix 50g of colour with 50g of the developer.
First, your roots
- With a small scoop of colour of your brush start to paint the colour directly on to your regrowth – on both sides of your part.
2. In small 2 cm sections parallel to your part use the pointy end side of the brush to take the sections.
3. Work your way down one side of the head.
4. Paint in an upward motion around the ear to avoid getting colour on your skin.
5. Repeat the above steps on the other side of your head.
Back and underneath
1. Repeat the same action for the back and around the neck. Lift the sections up to the top of your head and paint in an upward motion to avoid colour on your skin.
Wash your colour out...
Wash your hair by double shampooing your roots and conditioning from roots to ends.
And... You're done!
