DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE?

No, you can order both the kit and the colour refill as a one-off. If you do want to subscribe (and get free shipping!) you have all the control and can skip, change or cancel at anytime. 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Couriers are still experiencing long delays. Here are their delivery estimates: 

  • NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD: 2-5 business days
  • SA & TAS: 5-10 business days 
  • NT: 7-12 business days

WHAT IF I HAVE A SENSITIVE SCALP?

We recommend you do a patch test with our colour if you haven’t already. For the patch test, dab a bit of mixed-up colour on the inside of both of your arms, and behind your ears and leave for 1 hour. Please wait at least 5 days before using the product to see if you get a late reaction. If you do see a reaction, please do not use the colour and contact us for a refund.
