How much of my grey hair will MIIROKO cover?
MIIROKO can cover up to 90% of grey hair when used with our Grey Coverage mix. For the most natural result, we recommend choosing a shade within 1–2 levels of your natural root colour. This helps soften the appearance of greys while keeping your colour looking like you, just more refreshed.
How long will my colour last?
MIIROKO is a demi-permanent colour that lasts around 4–6 weeks, depending on your hair type, condition and routine. Unlike permanent colour, it gradually fades rather than leaving a harsh line of regrowth, making it ideal for naturally blending grey as it grows back.
Will MIIROKO change my natural hair colour?
No, MIIROKO is designed to enhance and blend with your natural colour, not dramatically change it. Our demi-permanent formula deposits colour without permanently altering your natural pigment. Choose a shade close to your natural colour for a subtle, natural-looking result that fades softly over time.
Is MIIROKO gentle enough for sensitive scalps?
MIIROKO is formulated without ammonia, PPD and resorcinol, and is also fragrance-free. However, everyone's scalp is different. If you have a sensitive scalp, broken skin or have reacted to hair colour before, we recommend speaking with a professional and always completing a patch test 48 hours before colouring.
What comes in the MIIROKO Starter Kit?
Everything you need for an easy colour application at home: your chosen colour, developer, reusable colour bowl and brush, gloves, cape, clips and touch-up brush, plus instructions to guide you through the process. Once you've got your tools, you can simply order a colour refill next time.

I have used this brand for over 18 months now and am very happy with the colour, customer service and ease of use. I use a mix of the light brown and brown on my hair depending on the season. The colour is easy to mix, easy to use, works really well and doesn’t stain skin. I have sparse grey and it becomes invisible with this colour. My only caveat is that long hair may require more than one ‘set’ - my hair is wavy mid-back length and I generally need 1.5x colour.

Ok so I have tried many at home, professional hair colour kits and I have to say this is one of my favourites so far. Colour is gorgeous. Face isn’t stained for days. Does a decent job of colouring greys, though I might try leaving it on a bit longer for the Stubborn ones. Pretty happy so far.
